There won't be any alcohol available at Hal 16. Because of this, we decided that you are allowed to bring some alcohol yourself. This doesn't mean you can bring liters of spirits or kegs of beer, but a small amount is allowed for those who like a drink or two. Keep in mind that you are responsible to clean up your empty bottles and such. Keep in mind that this isn't booze-party but a social event.
We are glad to announce that we have a date and location for the 5th meet! Although it's later than expected, the next meet will be on May 12th in Utrecht. It'll take place in the venue Hal 16. Since the venue isn't close to Utrecht Centraal we won't be marching there from the normal starting point, but people have to look into transportation themselves! The time won't change though, the event will start at 12:00.
As usual, there will be enough activities. At present, we're still planning what kind of activities will take place but keep an eye on the forums and this post. Whichever activities there will be, it'll be an eventful day with lots of fun!
We're sorry we're not able to give you more information yet, but we wanted you to know the date as soon as possible, so people can start planning.
If you want to come to the meet, please sign up on this page so we have an estimate of how many people will be present.
