Fillies and gentlecolts,
The next Dutch Brony meet (#7) will take place saturday the 8th of September at HAL 16 (Utrecht) once again. Start time is 12:00, as usual.
Entrance and drinks/snacks are again free of charge and of course we will have several events and contests.
We will yet again have an auction, although it will undergo some small changes. Notably to artists who want to earn a bit more for their work. Please see this forum topic for more information. Please bring enough cash this time if you want to bid on auctions (and donate). The closest ATM (pinautomaat) is quite far from HAL 16, so get money beforehand or on the Central Station.
All donation money and the money from the auctions (minus a part for the donating artist, see link above) go fully to the pot which will be used to organize the next meetup(s). We (as orga) still don't get a single cent and will continue to do so as long as we can keep these awesome meets free!
To sum it up again:
What: Dutch Brony meet #7 (aka a full day of awesomeness, colored talking horses and socializing),
Where: HAL 16, Archimedeslaan 16, Utrecht
When: Saturday, September 8th, 12:00. Up until 19:00-19:30 (20:00 everpony has to be gone from the venue).
Who: You, your brony friends and everyone else who wants to come!

Important notice: We had complains about people being harassed with NERF guns at Dutch Brony meet #6. Firing NERF guns inside HAL 16 or on its property is now strictly prohibited. You may bring it for show or for photographing or display purposes, but if one of us will see you fire any single bullet on the venue (yes, even outside and even if not directed at anyone), we will confiscate it. You will get it back once the meet is over. People refusing to hand over their gun once fired, repeatedly violating this rule or are harassing people in general will be removed from the venue.
And in case everyone brings water guns or balloons or other things instead; keep those things outside and don't harass people with it. If we hear complaints we will confiscate it until the meet is over or remove you from the venue.
