BroniesNL is happy to announce the 17th National BroniesNL meetup, which will be held on saturday 5th of March 2016 in Rotterdam. We will be welcoming you at a new location. We hope so see you all for a fantastic party, see familier faces and make new friends! Please make sure to read the information below concerning the meetup venue, the official rules AND the interesting facts you'll like to know about Meet 17!

When:
Saturday, 5th of March, from 11:30 (doors open) to 19:00 (with afterparty till 20:30)
Official opening at 12:00
Theme:
"Hiatus"
Getting there:
Take the train to Rotterdam Alexander, take subway line 'B Nesselande' (yellow) to 'Ambachtsland'. Walk for 7 minutes to the north. Public transport is recommended since its relatively closely. There a limited number free parkingspaces available at the venue.
About the venue:
We have rented two spaces, the Smaragdzaal (main hall) and the smaller Aventurijnzaal, which are linked to each other and are situated on the ground floor. The venue won't be providing a wifi connection.
As usual, we will serve our own snacks including all sorts of candy and peanuts, for free. We will also be selling sandwiches. We aren't allowed to bring our own beverages, so these will have to be bought at the bar. The staff of the venue will be running the bar and drinks can be purchased with CASH ONLY. Prices are as follows:
- Drinks: €1,50
Volunteers:
we are still looking to improve and better organize the national meets so that you can have an even better experience, we ask again for enthusiastic volunteers who want to work together with us on tasks like making the venue ready for the meet, setting up light/sound systems, helping out during events and of course the cleanup afterward. So for those who have team spirit and are interested in being a part of the national meets: you can sign up for the volunteer brigade. The official schedule will be presented to you soon, so you can all see for yourself what we have in store for you.
Finally:
We of the BroniesNL organization hope to see a ton of both new and familiar faces on the 21st. As usual, entrance is free and the average age is around 18.
