14/10 :  Aankondiging: Meet 20 in Zwolle (zaterdag 11 november)

Ladies and gentlemen,

BroniesNL is happy to announce the 20th National BroniesNL meetup, which will be held on saturday the 11th of November 2017. We will be welcoming you at a new venue in the city of Zwolle! Please make sure to read the information below concerning the meetup venue for there have been some changes. While you're at it, please read the official rules AND the interesting facts you'll like to know about Meet 20!

Saturday, 11th of November, from 11:30 (doors open) 'til 18:00
Official opening at 12:30

Getting there:
Take the (insert preferred form of Public Transport) to Zwolle centraal station, from there it's about a 10 minute walk to the venue. Follow the plushies and odd-looking folk, then you'll certainly get there. There is also a bus-stop near the venue, at about 2 minutes walking distance, so consult your transport app to see which bus goes there. For those wealthy and grown-up enough to be able to drive a motorized multiwheeled vehicle: you are wealthy and grown-up enough to affort a GPS device in your vehicle.

Note: there isn't much of a parking space, so parking your cars, invisible boatmobiles and spaceships will have to be done at the local parking lot.

About the venue:
Since we have rented a new venue, it'll be a bit "getting used to" for all of us. There are at least three rooms available to us, one with a kitchen, so there will be enough room. During the opening we will inform you on where you can and can't go. The venue won't be providing a wifi connection, but we are looking into that.

Important: the location does NOT have access to clean drinking water, so we will work to provide bottled water. But we urge everyone to bring some pf your own as well. Awaken that survival spirit!

As usual we will serve our own sugary/salty/artificially enriched edible substances including all sorts of candy, drinks and the likes, for free. Besides that, we'll be providing snacks. Hotdogs, frikandels, pancakes? You want it; it's yours my friends, as long as you have enough Euro's!

National Volunteersbrigade, or "het Legertje Baree's":

We are always looking to improve and better organize the national meets so that you can have an even better experience, so we ask again for enthusiastic volunteers who want to work together with us on tasks like gettimg the venue ready for the meet, setting up light/sound systems, helping out during events and of course the cleanup afterward. So for those who have team spirit and are interested in being a part of the national meets: you can sign up for the volunteer brigade. Please keep in mind that the events listed below are subject to change if things don't work out during the planning phase. But for now, we have the following events in store for you:

Finally:
We of the BroniesNL organization hope to see a ton of both new and familiar faces on the 11th. As usual, entrance is free and the average age is around 18.

10/07 :  Aankondiging: CafĂ©meet 19.5 @ Mick O'Connells (19-08-2017)

   Beste mensen,

Bij deze willen we graag bekend maken dat op zaterdag 19 augustus men welkom is bij Irish Pub Mick O'Connells in Utrecht (website: Link ) om daar samen te genieten van cider, ales en legale stupiditeiten!

Er is gereserveerd voor 20 man dus wees er op tijd bij, want boven dat aantal kunnen we mensen niet van een plek bij het gezelschap garanderen.

De pub is makkelijk te bereiken met het OV.

Even een snelle recap van de regels die wij willen hanteren zodat we nog vaker terug mogen komen:

- Hou rekening met andere gasten, dus niet overdadig veel MLP stuff (plushies e.d.), het stemvolume uiterlijk op "hard spreken" en niet doelloos door de pub rennen.

- Dronkenschap wordt niet gewaardeerd wanneer dit uitloopt op het breken van regels en/of omgangsnormen.

- Iedereen betaald voor zichzelf tenzij onderling anders afgesproken. Je kan met PIN of CASH betalen.

- Geen alcohol onder de 18. Eenieder die deze wet breekt of alcohol haalt voor een minderjarige zal bij de pub gemeld worden en gevraagd worden te vertrekken.

- Het is verboden om geen plezier te hebben.

20/06 :  Nabeschouwing Meet 19

   Beste mensen,

Nu Meet 19 alweer bijna 1,5 week achter ons is, is het tijd voor een kleine recap. Wij als orgaleden zijn in ieder geval tevreden over de meet en de locatie. Er waren wat minder mensen dan bij vorige meets, maar dat mocht de pret natuurlijk niet drukken!

We hadden een goed gevulde dag met goed verlopen events en activiteiten en mensen hebben zich individueel volgens ons ook goed vermaakt. De pilot van de bakwedstrijd was ook een groot succes en we zien bij de volgende meet graag nog meer leuke baksels!

Op financieel gebied hebben we deze meet gelijk gespeeld.

Wij willen graag iedereen die aanwezig was van harte bedanken voor het bijwonen van de meet! Zoals gebruikelijk gaan alle door jullie bijgedragen opbrengsten aan de bar, de veiling, artist vouchers en donaties naar het organiseren van Meet 20! Wij hopen jullie dan ook daar weer te zien!
